I have also been charged with the planning of promotional activations at events such as NASCAR races
and WhiskeyFest, and following through to ensure everything runs smoothly. I participate in

During my first year, I was a teaching assistant, which involved grading, guest lecturing, and aiding in
creating an online format and textbook for the Mass Communication and Society course. In my second
year, I was an instructor of record for the Writing for Mass Media course.

Being the right hand for both the director and assistant director, I was one of the primary contacts for
both clients and staff. I was charged with helping to hire new staff, maintaining personnel and client
files, as well as scheduling continuing education courses and workshops for staff.
I helped come up with new ideas for advertising and marketing, which included developing the
company’s Facebook page in addition to creating informational brochures and updated the company’s
website.

As part of the Global Client Management department we were responsible for supporting multiple
divisions within the company, both domestically and abroad. It was my job to maintain technology
inventory tracking and organizational spreadsheets. I ensured the Global Business Continuity plans and
test documents were up to date in addition to helping organize and facilitate trainings. I helped to
organize various training sessions, in addition to ensuring all staff stayed current on their mandatory
trainings. I was responsible for doing research, data entry, proofreading, and quality control for senior
team members.
I assumed the role of Department Security Administrator to ensure access and user compliance with
company data management systems. During my last year, I not only assisted in hiring students for the
Cooperative Work Experience program, but trained and supervised them as well.
